Lessons Learned: This project significantly enhanced my ability to receive and apply feedback effectively. From the Alpha stage to the Gold stage, I discovered the importance of adjusting learning objectives and making visual modifications to improve learner retention.
Process: Using the ADDIE model, I analyzed the business problem and developed three learning objectives. I created a Design Document, modified it based on feedback, and constructed a Storyboard. The final course was built in Storyline, with feedback and adjustments applied at every stage to ensure effectiveness, relevance, and alignment with learners' needs.
